CSCS pledges improved service delivery

The Central Securities Clearing System Plc has pledged to continue to improve its service delivery and experience for its customers by leveraging mutual trust and its strong foundation in the financial market.
It said this in a statement obtained on Monday to celebrate the 2021 world customer service week themed ‘The power of service’.


The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, CSCS Plc, Mr Haruna Jalo-Waziri, appreciated the firm’s customers for their continued patronage.


The desire and need to continue serving customers was the source of ingenuity and resilience of CSCS, he said.
